These Terms of Use govern purchases from KHSAL at https://kisal.shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The store
KHSAL sells products online to customers in the Sultanate of Oman. Prices are in Omani rial (OMR) as shown on each product page and in the cart.
2. Accounts and orders
You may shop as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for providing a correct phone number and delivery address. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or the details look incomplete or fraudulent.
3. Payment
Payment is taken online through Thawani using bank cards. The order is confirmed after successful payment. If payment is cancelled or fails, no charge is completed and the cart remains available to try again.
4. Delivery
We deliver across Oman. Delivery is free for orders over 5.000 OMR. Typical delivery is 1 to 3 working days depending on your area. You can track packing, shipping, and delivery from My orders after you sign in.
5. Product information
We try to show accurate names, prices, photos, and stock. If an item is listed by mistake or stock runs out after payment, we will contact you on WhatsApp to replace it, wait for restock, or refund.
6. Returns
Returns and exchanges follow our Exchange and return policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or place orders with false information.
8. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you paid for, in the condition described. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or events outside our reasonable control.
